白色巧克力𝑨𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 "𝑾𝒉𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒐𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆"
「白色巧克力」是前 NBA 球員 Jason Williams 的封號，因為他是個白人，卻打得比黑人更像黑人的球風，甚至也有人說:「也沒有一個黑人能像他一樣打球」。他的球風充滿創意，卻也有著不穩定，與系統不相容的毛病。但我認為不是與系統不相容，是籃球世界還沒習慣這樣的節奏。
藝術家蔡宗祐跳脫傳統繪畫體制的框架，以油畫、壓克力、水墨等不同媒材，在生活中「寫意」的一瞥與一撇，於平民的日常小事發揮他獨特的觀察與取景。他並不忌諱將作品畫得很「使壞」、很「歪」，而是在不斷試錯中找尋一條新的路徑。
以輕鬆詼諧的體裁，創作出台式的當代水墨與繪畫。比起反建制、反菁英，反傳統山水，更多是表達繪畫無盡的可能性。在直覺式的、極富感受性的表達下，重新創造人事物的形象。
"White Chocolate" is the nickname of former NBA player Jason Williams because he is white, but his playing style is more like that of black people than black people. Some people even said: "No black person can play like him." His style of play is full of creativity, but it also suffers from instability and incompatibility with the system. Artist Tsung Yu TSAI breaks away from the framework of the traditional painting system and uses different media such as oil painting, acrylic, ink and so on. He uses his unique observation and framing of ordinary people's daily life to capture the characteristics of "freehand brushwork". Regarding the bad taste in his works, he does not shy away from painting his works in a "mischievous" or "crooked" way. He finds a new path through constant trial and error, and uses a relaxed and humorous style to create desktop- style contemporary ink paintings and paintings. Anti-establishment, anti- elite, anti-traditional landscape, but more importantly, it expresses the more possibilities of painting, re-creating the image of things under the intuitive and highly sensitive expression.
